The set includes 9 individual seats - a 3-seat sofa, a 2-seat loveseat, two single chairs, and two ottomans. All the single seat chairs, swivel chairs, and ottomans can support up to 350 lbs, while the 2-seat loveseat can hold up to 700 lbs, and the 3-seat sofa can hold up to 900 lbs.
During installation, it's important to follow the sequence outlined in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all of them have been installed - only then should you fully tighten everything down. This will help ensure the mounting holes can be properly aligned.
The cushion covers on this set are removable and washable, with zippers for easy access. However, the cushions themselves are water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, it's recommended to remove them and store in a dry place when not in use, especially during rain.
